Property me the cable risen to (a wired and alternatively a radio controller) with a Windows to combine my original Xbox controller for the first Xbox 8.1 laptop. Since I already knew based on the other reviews that the driver will be the weak spot, I have an old driver CD for a Microsoft360 PC USB controller rausgekramt - with the result that neither the driver is available on CD (only runs to find a Windows 8 drivers on the Microsoft Web page up / under Win XP), nor (where drivers are listed to Win 7, which will probably run with a bit of fumbling under Win 8, but in spite of trial and error is not working, at least not here with the intermediate adapter cable). All the more gratifying when you have attached the response to my Moto G Smartphone with Android 5 on it (via OTG cable Micro-USB to standard USB for a few euros): Runs immediately! Have tested the cable with the games Dead Trigger 2 and Alpha Wave, runs flawlessly. Possibly could be an original Windows 8 drivers for Xbox360 gamepad work with the adapter cable; if Microsoft but do not want to support his "old" hardware, I do not like even passing the buck to the cable manufacturer. The supplied driver would have been useful, at least via download, but then the cable would probably not even 6,99. Hin as ago - runs on Android, the Xbox pad, under Microsoft's Windows 8 not so for Android-based smartphones and tablet PC recommended anyway.
