I have found 35 Watt, 12 Volt, Osram halogen lamps behind a transformer replaced by this LED spotlight, without changing anything on the transformer. The radiator had to be dimmable. The change went smoothly. The spotlight see mE very good, but what is known, is a matter of taste. Highlight is the luminous intensity and color. The spotlights appear to me to shine a little brighter than the halogen spotlight. With "warm white" is not promised too much. The color is very pleasant. However, the main difference is the dimming behavior. The LEDs can not be so low as to dim the halogen spotlight. Even at the lowest level, the LEDs are still relatively light. That to me is not critical. But the best is the electricity savings. I reckon with max. 1 1/2 years for full amortization. The acquisition therefore really worth it. So I'm going to gradually replace all 30 halogen lamps in our house by this product.
