I had insurance completed in July for my Samsung Galaxy S4.
In September I fell off my phone and the whole display was fragmented. The next day I reported the damage the insurance, which I have the same experience of a friendly man, that I would get an email in which I had to submit my data. No 10 minutes later I had the mail already and could all fill (certificate of insurance and bill of Amazon are required).
After I had sent back the return mail, I got after a day a UPS return label via e-mail and I could determine the pick-up time point itself as the Internet at UPS. Cell phone was picked up at the agreed pick-up time point.

After exactly 2 weeks I got my phone back in top condition. 1a more I can not say.

I recommend everyone who wants to establish a smartphone to complete this insurance.
