2 times Product defect!

The first time the product was working not at all, after I converted the article, it was indeed delivered immediately, but then the microphone was again damaged (the microphone is an obsolete non ordnungsgemäses, used and repaired device in which the clamping screw was missing when handle, and because of the wires in the cable were torn !!!!)
Since the conversion the first time was already extremely complicated, it was too cumbersome, all to complain again, and to make the great effort !!!
That was the last time they had bought something with this provider !! So do not touch !!!
