I am an enthusiastic athletes and bodybuilders. I guess since about six years regularly so two or three times a year a Creatine regimen. This helps immensely to achieve volume and muscle growth. The goal is that creatine is stored and saved directly into the muscle. The body and the muscle thus stores at a higher water content in the muscle. This one has more power over the long term and can take more weight in no time. This muscle is growing faster than without creatine.
