[UPDATE] After sharing my balance by Amazon, I have no problem batteries or synchronization. The heart rate measurement is unnecessary because very imprecise. Good product if you come across good series.

This might be fine if heart rate measurements were correct and if the battery lasted six months as advertised.
Forced to replace the batteries after 5 days. The balance attempts to synchronize 15 times a day with beautiful light throughout the room. I tried 5 times to the firmware update as recommended: not "setup failed" every time.
I contacted Withings and no returns.
No news in a few days I will return the balance.
