The book is written by a third party. The represents over long distances as a Feynman Nerd than nerd, as an outsider, even as antisocial. So Feynman spends his evenings in topless bars and doing a little math. Or, it is running in the forest around a tree and drums. Enjoys the "stupidity" of others. Large sections of the book have considerable lengths, such as about the times learning the drums, his role as a "pimp" in Las Vegas, shenanigans with security locks. The remaining part is most interesting and frightening realistically describes the way, as in the US (and elsewhere) students are treated (as newcomers in the links), Industry and Trade works (Metaplast Corporation, product testing by the customer, inexperienced developers), research is done (as in Princeton, at the research centers, without structure, chaotic attempts), things are examined (such as textbooks in California, based on the book covers), data security functions (such as the military, namely not at all), statistical surveys are assessed ("the Fire Bucket has proven next to the Christmas tree candles, even if it has not burned 20 years"). Feynman has always found important supporters and came immediately in the influential circles (as in physics and mathematics). Surprisingly little is written about his time and experience in institutional CalTech, Pasadena, after all, he's been there 25 years. Because once an art exhibition describes the Atheneum. If you persevere in the lengths, the book is very interesting reading.
