The 55LA7408 is a really good TV. 2D image is super sharp even in poor image sources (DVB-C SD, DVD) and 800 MCI makes very fluid motion without artifacts. The picture is not prone to clouding, but no big deal for me even when 1kEUR device. 3D is absolutely great, I've never seen a television so little / no ghosting despite polarized glasses. The built-in speakers are rather poor, but in the size class you probably anyway least ne Soundbar with Subwoofer. Absence does unfortunately a headphone output! DLNA streaming works smoothly even at 1080p, the TV also supports DTS. PS3 Media Server or Serviio rules. Unfortunately the Smart TV-part needs a little longer to boot. My Raspberry Pi is now sent into retirement. The Magic Remote is nice, but only if you will never television. Without firmware update of the TV sends unfortunately also with deactivated "collecting audience data" information on LG (switched channels, file name from the USB stick, etc.), Google: H "LG Smart TVs peeking from users".
