A battery with a huge capacity and alternative charging option ...

Especially for people who travel a lot and have very limited access to a power source. is an external battery issue. Thus one can, depending on the battery capacity and number of the loaded mobile equipment supply for some time by a power source independently. This battery has a special feature: it can be additionally charged by solar energy. Provided Sunshine, extended the period of independence enormous. These are my experiences with 15000mAh Solar Battery of EasyAcc:

1) Scope of supply:

The Power Bank is delivered with a perfectly ausführlichenund translated manual in German and in English. Actually, it is a battery, more or less self-explanatory, but the manual shows everything again exemplary, and also contains information about troubleshooting and Kompabilitäten with the equipment to be loaded. With the delivery also includes two Micro USB charging cable (20 and 60 cm).

Charging does not start automatically with the connection of a mobile device, you must turn on the battery. However, the charging process ends automatically when the mobile device is fully charged. All connections can be easily connected to the respective cables that also seated properly and secured then.

3) Battery life:

The Power Bank has a storage capacity of no less 15000mAh and comes preloaded. There are two ways to recharge: either one of the supplied cable or via the solar panel that occupies almost the entire top of the battery. The reached charge level can be read by the blue LEDs again. A heat development when charging is not detected. Charging through the sunlight however will take much longer than a power source, but do not bother me, but it is only an additional option. For me personally, this is awesome: My smartphone, the BlackBerry, the Kindle and my various Bluetooth devices are all compatible with the Micro-USB connector. Since then, I just need a charger for all devices and only the supplied charging cable to connect the battery with all appliances. Two units can be loaded at the same time yes. I have no power source in the vicinity, I put the battery just for charging in the sun.

With 15000mAh when fully charged, the battery is a very good power reserve and it takes quite a long time until one has exhausted its capacity. I have several devices charged with it, but do not get the battery as soon empty. For my personal usage is more than adequate. The charging time, even two mobile devices at the same time, was felt this about as fast as a single charge with the normal charge cable.

4) Appearance / feel:

The battery has a stable rear panel made of aluminum and the outer surfaces are covered with orange plastic. Everything seemed very robust and suitable for outdoor use. However, the part is not waterproof, so be careful in bad weather. The top is occupied by the solar panel. Visually the battery already made a good impression. Due to its high load capacity and the solar panel, the battery has a comparatively high weight of around 350g. But that's the compromise you have to make in order to become independent from a power supply in this form.

5) Others:

Very good, I find that this is a charging cable supplied with 60cm long enough to for example use the phone during charging can continue. The battery also has a single light emitting diode, which serves as a small flashlight. But this is really just a gimmick without real added value and luminosity, to which one also could have done without. Another practical feature is the possibility to attach the supplied carabiner on the battery. Thus, for example during a hike the battery fix the backpack and can be loaded in the sun.

6) Conclusion:

The battery is a perfect companion on trips and wherever there is no access to a power source. The capacity of the batteries I find more than enough, at least for my personal use. In addition, it can also still with the power of the sun to charge. It is suitable according to the manufacturer for pretty much all mobile devices. Overall, this is a really successful overall package at a very fair price, for it 5 stars are of me then.
