A bit disappointing 37

Very handy, very powerful, somewhat noisy. Positives abound. The "brush" main is super efficient.
On the other hand: all the little "brushes" are poorly designed: the small parts into tissues below are flat, so flat that it's the plastic that rubs the floor and not those parts of tissue. Result: parquet, wood furniture are scratched!
So beware: do not use any of the fragile surface "brush" completely hairy, none of the others.
For a product that pays very expensive especially for accessories, it is very disappointing.
