I ordered this book because I am a special regime for the top sport (Road Cycling) and especially because I was a bit tired of eating always the same food. Results I cook and I take pleasure in cooking because the recipes are easy to make and most take only 10-15min and honestly I cooked these recipes for my whole week it took 2:30 but I really have the not see through! So you can imagine that 10-15mins twice a day it really is the time saved without forgetting that these recipes are really tasty!
