A beautiful (and large) recipe book whose cover flaps can be used as bookmarks. A very attractive presentation (this book is a pleasure to see) composed of a beautiful picture on the right page and a two recipes left. The recipes are all really adapted to the slow cooker (model coverage for me) and leave a little conventional (although there are a few recipes such osso buco, cassoulet ...) while requiring not particularly hard to find ingredients. All are "tempting" and easy to perform. For those just starting with a slow cooker, introduction of 3 pages just explain how it works and how to use depending on the food. The recipes are then classified into 5 chapters: soups, family recipes, recipes for receiving, curries and spicy stews, cereals and legumes. At the end of the book, there is an alphabetical index of foods and recipes that returns us to the corresponding pages. The few recipes I've made are really perfect (rabbit with mustard I just tested is delicious). In short, a book I can only advise, everyone will necessarily find happiness (nearly 150 recipes) according to their tastes, whether for everyday use or dinner with friends.
