From the start, I filed Alain Plassard recipes the book in art books and reading confirms this. It takes some talent for making such beautiful collages. As for revenue, it has more than one trick up his sleeve to marry vegetables and ingredients so totally unexpected and very tasty. I also appreciated that these recipes are made from common ingredients, expensive and are relatively easily achievable
