The violin concerto is that of Herbert von Karajan with Anne Sophie Mutter, slow and narcissistic, very well played but really stuffy; the version with Christian Ferras would have been preferable.
The Triple Concerto, again with Karajan and Mutter, is probably more welcome; this is a good version, but not among the best. Lack Indeed, the rhythmic bounce finals.
A great discovery, adapting to the beautiful piano (Beethoven himself) Violin Concerto. Barenboim will find the level of his concertos by Mozart, deep without being sentimental, fluid without heaviness.
In short, a box to the excellent quality / price ratio, a base for any beginner disco.
