A captivating psychological suspense

Customer Review

First of all, i would like to temper the rave reviews listed on the book cover or some readers (or friends of the editor? ...) Published on this site.
Because contrary to what is said, it is still rather far from the classics of the genre as "The Poet" Connelly, "The Black Dahlia" by Ellroy, "Shutter Island" from Lehane or "The Silence of the Lambs" Harris, n 'exaggerate anyway!
"A two" is a new variation on the theme overexploited serial-killers, and s' derives neither better nor worse cal dozens of other novels of the kind that appear each year.
But, once we admit that it is neither a masterpiece nor the classic genre again, we can see objectively that it is a question of taking a psychological thriller, well trussed, which takes its reader in suspense until the end.
More effective than truly original, it manages to captivate and maintain the dramatic tension until the last pages, thanks to some welcome surprises.
The author, if it is making efforts to expand each of its main characters and avoid caricature, however, fails to fully involve the reader as in the great books of the genre.
But the novel does not lack breath and without being memorable, nevertheless provide a pleasant reading time for all psychological thriller lovers.
