We will follow here Tara history, event organizer and Mick, very famous and very talented footballer, but aware of being late career. They meet by chance and what begins as a one night slowly becomes a deeper story.
I enjoyed the character of Tara, who had a rough time but who fought all his life. It is a heroine who does not expect a knight in armor, but who will finally be able to ask and enjoy all it has accomplished, and all what it can now be entitled. I think I would have appreciated a longer novel, deeper into the history of the young woman for romance removed appearance, but make no mistake :)
Mick is more conventional in its scheme charismatic, sexy and full of good intention. His past makes me barely flinching and her warm and loving family is also a caricature.
But then, it's still a nice romance, a nice story and scenes of well written buttocks. Of course I always tick on certain choice of words, but do not spoil our fun :)
