A correct result, but optional

This book is the third installment in the series "Space Odyssey". It follows 2001: A Space Odyssey and 2010: Odyssey Two. The story is interesting but lacks some twists. Finally, everything is fairly linear fashion; it is far from the agonizing atmosphere developed in previous titles. The scientific and technical references are always legions, which pleases me very much. The style and fluid and enjoyable to read.
