like so many I too have this Philips trimmer get free for testing. However, I do not share the enthusiasm of the remaining unrestricted reviewers.
Technical characteristics have already been explained in detail, re Copypaste I will spare the readers here.
The trimmer works and does what it should, as far as ever anticipate.
The real question you should ask yourself are, justified 100 euros for it?
This, I regret the negative.
I compare the pure qualities of cutting devices, so wins without a doubt my much more favorable Moser 1406 which just 1/3 the cost, what is the MSRP of the Philips device.
Note form some points, which also did not like me.
1. The device has enough power in turbo mode on / cutting speed, manually force this mode can not be unfortunately.
2. The power supply provides approximately 5 W of power, the connection to the device is proprietary, however. Why they do not put here on USB (a power supply that today probably the most when traveling with you) I do not understand.
3. The machine has clear problems, clean lead frizzy hair to the blades. (I have to come to an end, the device used in the end without papers, but then immediately with ordinary cutting results).
4. The enclosed storage / transport box is a good idea, unfortunately had this with me once a few days on the balcony for fresh air. Then the strong chemical smell was gone.
Overall, a decent device which when cut or when feeding the hair to the blade has particular potential for improvement.
