I have known the work of JP Soisson because lontemps icaunaise and Auxerre .... to cett time he was in charge of many departments and it was always a practical man, very popular and appreciated by his constituents. Sometimes called a "weathervane" by his own, JP (affectionately also known by them) was in fact a non-dogmatic politician and open to "good ideas." In what can be likened to the memories, the author shares his vision of politics and love of the countryside that saw him perform ... and reminds us a few decades French policy with portraits but without malice without sycophancy of his contemporaries, friends or opponents.
