I was a long time wondering about whether I Af 85mm 1.8D sell and trade for the new and have it done then without regret. The lens is a little easier but still hard enough for my taste. Now for the criticism, the AF is really slow and when my predecessor was also applicable to sports I have serious doubts. The AF is very quiet but it is extremely slow I find!
