A fine example of 'form follows function' [1]

Since I have my photographic equipment, among others renewed as small and light just after aspects, the mini tripod Cullman-Copter offers almost as a supplement. The tripod fits with his packing size of 22cm probably in every little pocket or daypack.
Main feature of the compact mini tripod is its simple and functional design. Very good, I find the possibility to decide to keep the ball head on tripod or completely unscrew. It should be possible to easily abduct the joints due to frequent on-and collapse, the joints by means of a small screw in the center of the joints can be tightened again.
If you have the tripod in hand, it seems more difficult than expected (are specified 250g). Here it should be noted that due to the necessary stability of a tripod and a mind of its own weight of the stand is necessary. The rubber feet prevent further slipping on slippery surfaces.

The processing of the stand looks overall very high quality. The paint is matt black and evenly. Next, there is the following color variations of the same stand: light blue, purple and white.

I use the tripod mainly in connection with the mirrorless system camera Sony NEX-sixth Therefore, there is no problem with the weight. According to the manufacturer it is for a weight of max. 1.0kg designed.
