Since we needed another place to sleep for our guest rooms we rummaged unceremoniously time at Amazon, then stood but quickly from the agony of choice which one should take now? After looking around a lot of us this nice to looking bed, and most of all it is directly supplied with spring mattress. (Only the narrow cushion in the metal bracket is not supplied) That there is only once a very big plus for the seller, because most beds are touted in the photos with mattresses, but basically it is often only the frame without anything. But soon, we asked ourselves whether a full size bed for this price really could be something or if it breaks apart use about half a year later. But the other positive recessions gave at the end of the scales and we ordered it. It should be noted that may have several weeks for delivery of this bed, but the customer service is really great, they are always open for delivery and also call a short time before again to what another, big plus means. This bed is then delivered in a long, heavy cardboard, as well as two smaller. The mattress is wrapped separately in foil and really so beautiful blue as in the photo. The assembly of this bed is really very simple and the instructions is well described, at least I had it done alone in a short time. This falls on the especially the feet are very stable; on it, the frame is screwed by means of angle iron and various connectors. In the middle of a support strip is still attached to what then the roll grille is designed. Since I have unfortunately had bad experiences with collapsing beds, I mounted a few home-built support feet below the central support bar, but I think that it would be without sufficient. The Roll-Up Grille is basically the only one point where one might think "oh well ..." There are held together with aufgetackerten bands basically just individual wooden slats. Man sets (rolling) this slats simply on the corresponding retaining strips and screws to attach them onto six points. A suspension results from the fact not really that slats have only the purpose to keep the mattress. Whether this takes a back-friendly Liege quality with it I dare even to doubt, but I feel the mattress to be quite pleasant. A metal bracket is the headboard still screwed by means of two brackets what the whole thing a certain designerische Note there. (The holes for these supports were not pre-drilled with us.) Here, perhaps, arises even a small problem area, because pillows could under the metal bracket slip through what one could then bring possibly a hard landing. I myself as simply but attached a small decorative shelf below the bracket. Well, and then it was already finished!

negative: - Possibly several weeks for delivery - The roll-up grille is out of boards - Whether it is back-friendly is in question - The holders of the Roll-Up Grille can be pulled out - Below the metal bracket cushions can slip through
For puzzle fans: "What does futon bed"?
Since the manufacturer specifies an interesting name for this bed here, we want to have a try to know what that means! So, lt. Some research on the Internet is "Futon" from the Japanese and means in a broader sense as much as sleeping place. In Japan this is however well designed Bed Types on a particular floor mat. In our consumer society then this term has been adopted for a Bed Types in which the mattress rests without major edges on the bed frame and then this one should convey a sense of "sleeping near the ground". Well, so anyway ... One sees well, international terms solve this country safe from an exotic buying stimulus, but are basically just a nice package for often quite simple things.
Conclusion:
Now more than half a year after the purchase of the bed, I can say that we have not looked back. However, some small improvements were needed. The biggest problem which had surrendered was that the studs have pulled out of the mounting strips for the roll grille itself, which are attached to the inside of the frame and thus the rust could not be held. Here we have attached by drill significantly stronger screw connections and since everything has held. I think you can say that this bed is more suitable for children or people up to 80 kg. For everything there is about it would be better to install additional supports and brackets. All in all we are satisfied with this bed, it creaks and squeaks not (at least for now) and otherwise you can not complain for the price. Who needs a simple, good bed, here it is.
