A good leather jacket but with a big problem in terms of size

I am very interested in user feedback before ordering this item.
For the most part, the negative point that emerged was the size that seemed a bit tight (the jacket can be worn over a tee with a sweet but not).

I told myself that users did not order a size above the usual size as advised by the seller and I ordered.
Only voila, there seems to be a big big problem with this article for even one size bigger than the usual size, the jacket can be worn, but only over a tee shirt if it is too tight to the arm and shoulder.

Can finally be other buyers had listened to the advice ...

Anyway I reference section (at my expense unfortunately) for exchange and hopefully two sizes above will suffice. I'll let you know the quality of customer service;)

On the upside, the jacket is very beautiful, it is very heavy and really good quality. Only the zipper seems to be lower quality. It will be seen that I would receive hopefully soon ...
