A good lens from Nikon

I am a small amateur photographer, and one could already speak almost of a delusion in which money I've already spent for my camera.
I have the 55-300 nor the 55-200mm. Why I have now the 55-300 moreover ordered?
Basically, it's well suited for landscape photos, but also for the city and photos of events. Everything I've done, with prolonged exposure, a tripod is highly recommended.

Positive:
Big plus is the 300mm, finally you can times in the landscape also a bit go into more detail than the 55-200mm.
The images are sharp (of course with a short exposure and corresponding aperture, shot out of hand)
With long exposures using a tripod is not out of hand, exactly the same.

Negatives:
The previous speakers have already said! It's a bit annoying that the lens rotates forward, which makes filter use nearly impossible. A UV filter is still just that, but wants to use special filters, it is quite a torture! Since the 55-200mm is yet again better by far.
I do not know why Nikon 55-300mm in which this road is gone, let rotate the lens, but it was definitely the wrong decision!

Conclusion:
Despite the one negative point the lens with Image Stabilizer and 55mm up to 300mm is a good lens made by Nikon!
Therefore, 4 stars!
