This hoop is perfect for embarking on the great adventure of Hula Hoop!
Start with a heavy hoop is indeed easier (impossible for me to succeed with a conventional hoop).
Also remember to check the diameter of your hoop (wider it is, the more it is easy to rotate).
Foam, it is pleasant to the touch, and with daily use of some weeks (30 minutes a day, and yeah) it captures very well the road!
The hula hoop is a rather nice way to abs (if like me you put off conventional abos). We put the TV, music, navigating on the phone, it is possible to take care while working the abs, almost without effort !!!
Some recommendations (not knowing my misadventures). Start slowly, 5 minutes a day will do for you, otherwise you're going to make some blues! It is necessary that your body gets used to this massage Patience ... patience and after a while you can "hooper" not counting and you have a wasp waist :)
