Then I stumbled by chance on this knee belt and wanted to try it once. Since I am doing quite a lot of sports, I thought that a replacement for expensive orthopedic bandage can not hurt. In addition, this would then spared something.
The first training sessions (handball and squash) I was very impressed how well these knee belt but support my knee and how pleasant you can wear it.
Then I started my first longer-term trial. And I must say, the knee belt is not bad. I find it even better than the nearly 60 expensive orthopedic belt.
But it can also halt not work miracles. Through the support below the knee but I could finally finish my very good lap. The pain occurring were very very easily, leaving right after again.
From me a recommendation for good support of the knee, but one should not expect miracles.

Meanwhile, I use these knee straps for a while and I'm still quite pleased. A tip of maybe can help others: first, I have always made the band very tight, but it is for me a better success was to feel if the belt is lightly applied. So support the band, but not suppressed when running in addition to the already inflamed areas.
