The + scenario. One can identify two main parts, with a simply enormous caesura that occurs at the end of the first CD. Overall, the synopsis proves rich and very well thought: you never get bored one second! The characters, if not atypical, have a psychology quite convincing and are endearing.
+ The game system. The battles are in real-time by a stunning dynamism. They are also full of subtleties such as Major / Minor Attacks or Counter Auras that unveil a strategic side quite pronounced. Suffice to say that we tend to increase its levels for fun, every fight is truly enjoyable. The gauge HEAT UP also allows triple experience points if certain conditions are met, facilitating lvl rise, the game is not the easiest from the second wafer. Finally, we will discuss the Battle Trophies, prefiguring the successes we present on 360 or trophies on the PS3!
+ Life. 50h straight and much more to the annexes -> 300h on my part. The quests are not grunt like a lot of RPGs, instead. There are several optional dungeons, all very long and complex, which will allow fans to challenge to live a pure joy for a 100 groin overtime!
+ Music. Sakuraba is in the square, and he does know. One of his last great blows of engineering, alongside Baten Kaitos. No complaints.
+ Graphics. In very satisfactory general, including the battles that are part of the most dynamic on PS2. The animations are against too steep in some cut-scenes, but nothing disturbing for a game in 2003.
Almost no gap. THE RPG PS2, without a doubt!
