This is a really good and useful kitchen helper who has been missing for us for a long time for my taste. I've never attempt it better mashed potatoes. Furthermore, the press is easy to handle and just as easy to clean. For cleaning you can disassemble it very easily and with two handles and reassemble. A really great part.
