A great trading game for the whole family

Goal of the game
After a cowardly pirate attack on the port cities Norderkap, Trutzhavn and Olesand you have to help out with your ships. Your supplies goods, catch pirate captains and acts like crazy. Job after job, it is difficult to get the required goods for the port cities together. And of course, go to the sea still about pirates who attack you. So equips your ship with additional cannons, hires team members and make it the first to take off 10 VPs stones.

Building
Before the first game you build the four vessels together. These fit in the assembled state in the box.
The mast and the crow's nest must be attached to the ship again before each game. Thus, each player gets a ship and a color matching sail that it depends on the stage four of the mast. Four cannons and crew members, a trade letter, 5 gold and 10 victory points each player places stones in front of him. A cannon can obstruct any already on his ship.

Then the sea deck are presented. For this purpose we examine the three port cards out of the stack, mix the remaining cards by sea and builds three piles, each with 7 marine maps. The ship
The ship is divided into three areas. At the bow come up to two captive pirate captains, in the middle of six commodities (but only two of the same type) and at the rear and the crow's nest, the four team members.

Gameplay

The fog
The card with the sea fog is a special card that not count as an action, but must be carried out.

The game material from North Erwind, led the ship of the player is awesome. Also the rest of the material is nice to look at and can be neatly stored in the game box.
The game itself has a couple and fourth rounds made me a lot of fun, even though each player hinbaut just right and there is no interaction among the players. Nevertheless, one is always in a hurry, a job done faster than the other players or not to give a player the majority through a port.
The train duration of each player is fast, so little idle created for other players.
The range of tactical possibilities is very limited so you can classify this game confidently as a family game.

An all around great game that can stand on its own and not always successful "The settlers of Catan" by the same author should be measured.
