on the site of FOSCAM this camera is supposed to produce video footage on FTP on alarm
mine not doing SAV Casabil asks me to send it to my office for a service
I find it improper for the customer who must bear the costs of a camera not work as specified in the specifications.
an STD exchange would be the best solution as it is practiced in the professional world
so I do not recommend this camera
