Customer Review

Who would have thought that out of the talent show winner Kelly Clarkson, which began with the beautiful "A Moment Like This" and a streaky debut album, one would an international star? Only their second album was peppered with hits (Behind These Hazel Eyes, Since U Been Gone, Because Of You, Breakaway) and was super good. With the third she beat then a less commercial way despite its was "My December" a strong UDN especially atmospheric successful album. In 2009 she returned with another hit (My Life Would Suck Without You) back and also excellent, though very mainstreamigen album. Where to now classify the new album "Stronger"?

1. Mr. Know It All: The first single, the songs on "Thankful" reminds me, even if it is much better. The chorus is just cool, the song is a catchy tune and beautifully produced loose. Perhaps not the perfect first single or the perfect opening song, but definitely well done.
2. What Does not Kill You: A mixture of "Since U Been Gone" and "MLWSWY" not quite as good as the first, but better than the hit of the last album. The beat is cool, the refrain has earworm qualities and the song screams for Hit! To be the second single apparently.
3. Darkside: Also breathed something electronically, although not quite as good as "WDKY". The chorus is a little too much in the pop area, but the song is really fun and would surely also a good single.
4. Honestly: Reminds me a bit of "Sober" and other songs from "My December". It's definitely the song kantigste the CD. The chorus is not memorable, but Kelly shows here how well they can actually sing.
5. You Love Me: A song that might as well have fitted on "Breakaway". Actually, it could almost be described as typical Kelly Clarkson song. Relatively quiet verses, a sing-along chorus and again we have a good song.
6. Einstein: Kam under the name "Dumb + Dumb = You" already on the internet. At that time I stumbled over the song and thought it was boring and also relatively poor. Here on the album however, it is really cool. Again a real catchy tune, a good production and again that "All I Ever Wanted" feeling.
7. Standing In Front Of You: Was "Mr. Know It All" which so far calmest song, now follows the first real ballad on the album, of which it does not have many. "SIFOY" follows the style of the first single. The song is very quiet, but nevertheless beautiful. It reminds me of some other song of her, all I know is nothing around to that. The album is doing this quiet song well and it shows how varied may be their music.
8. I Forgive You: After the rest of the storm follows UDN by far the best song on the CD. "I Forgive You" has a single will and thus also a hit. The song is a catchy tune as he stands in the book and on a par with "Do not Let Me Stop You" and "Behind These Hazel Eyes". The previously most rocking song on the CD.
9. Hello: Here is the first filler. "Hello" is good, kinda like "One Minute" only quiet, but also a bit boring. As a bonus song, it would be much, but it would have been better songs for the standard version.
10. The War Is Over: Here awaits us another ballad that is as "SIFOY" but significantly louder and rockier. The song is great, the Bridge and the chorus are great (vocally and production technology). This song is preparing for another highlight.
11. Let Me Down: This is in the form of "Let Me Down". It is not quite on "I Forgive You" approach, but there are here again this rocking singalong chorus that is just great. Another very suitable single.
12. You Can not Win: For me, "You Can not Win" one of the worse songs of the album. This does not mean that I do not like it, because this album has just an incredibly high level. The text is cool, the refrain me somewhat too edgy, while the production something more in line with the mainstream.
13. Breaking Your Own Heart: At the end of the regular CD follows a quiet country ballad like "If No One Will Listen". The song is really very quiet and I think it's kind of boring, but I like it anyway quite good, as it has this feeling unplugged. Ok for the conclusion.

Deluxe:
14. Do not You Wanna Stay (with Jason Aldean): The duet erschiend on Aldeans album and was not known to me. And I must say, I'm thrilled. Only the piano melody on top is great, the rocking chorus and harmony of two voices is remarkable. The song really deserves it, it also appears on "Stronger".
15. Alone: This song could have replaced, for example, "Hello". It reminds me a bit of "Walk Away", but I like better. The chorus is again typical Clarkson so hard. The song is determined live super good.
16. Do not Be A Girl About It: I knew the song well in advance and found it not very good. Here it is again very successful, would also fit well on "All I Ever Wanted" and reminds me of "I Do Not Hook Up". On the standard version looks better songs for Deluxe, it is really good.
17. The Sun Will Rise: By the end of this long CD still comes a ballad and I hereby ask a question to the record company UDN to Kelly Clarkson: Why is not this song on the normal version? "The Sun Will Rise" is by far the best ballad of "Stronger". The song has such a power and the voice of Kara DioGuardi fits in well with the song in which IHC me well a Jordin Sparks would could imagine. Thus, one could publish the song as a single and scored a hit.

"Stronger" is now so to the end and I am extremely positively surprised. I thought initially that the album is ok (Kelly Clarkson is finally always good), hoping that it is not the direction of "Mr. Know It All" strikes and Kelly has confirmed that. It's a great album, and acts like a mixture of Breakaway and All I Ever Wanted with occasional influences the other two albums. There is no song that I do not like and actually hardly criticisms. Perhaps we could have, consult a duet partner, for example, James Morisson or Ryan Tedder (or Evanescence, which Kelly dreaming yes), but Mrs. Clarkson is too shy yes anscheinden. The producers who are not so extremely well known (apart from Greg Kurstin, Darkchild and Toby Gad) do well.
The album is perhaps not the best of her career, but definitely on a par with "Breakaway" and "All I Ever Wanted". Songs like "What Does not Kill You" or "I Forgive You" also have huge hit potential.
