Invictus (Ltd.Ed.) (Audio CD)

Customer Review

After I was a little disappointed "Iconoclast" (somehow did not want to ignite all the songs really), I'm so absolutely thrilled with the new album. Ok, on "Antigone" they will probably never get close again. I see "Invictus" but on a par with "Deaf To Our Prayers". Only really strange that the production has to "Deaf ..." rather deteriorated subjectively. As with its predecessor, would have been more in it production technology in "Invictus". But maybe that is also easy by design.
But productions have never really interested me great. These are the songs that count. And they are from beginning to end just awesome. To me it seems as if HSB have worked something refrain oriented on the new album. And these choruses eat already on first hearing into the brain. What is to be evaluated in this band also very positive: it has something to say. The lyrics should have read in any case.
To call out tips, is difficult. Failures there are my My drying after no. Out of the ordinary "Nowhere" (Therapy? -Cover) And "Given In Death", but in no way negative.
For the small fee you should definitely get the Limited Edition: A super thick box, among other things with the digipack (with alternate artwork), a sweatband and a bonus DVD.
