A simple yet comprehensive method that could perfectly fit into my lifestyle. That is the approach of healthy diet as I expected, it does not feel constantly deprivation .... and it feels good! Everything is very well detailed and explained in simple language and understandable by all. I particularly enjoyed the many recipes that are at our disposal, allowing for kitchen novices like me to take a first step into the world of healthy cooking accessible to all, and besides, it's good! I hope one day see a complete book of all your recipes ... Thanks to all the little tricks and exercise I feel that I can lose weight at any time of day and in any situation. It finally may be possible to lose weight without completely shake up my eating habits and my agenda ... and just for that, I really recommend this book and the method I just started :)
