I'm really happy to have read this book before you engage in a IAD, it opened my eyes to many questions. Doctors too often tend to make us believe that pregnancy is the ultimate goal of our war against my infertility, and once pregnant, the problem no longer exists. This is to ignore the child and his needs, rights and desires. For it is the child who should be at the center of the LDCs, and not become parents. This book helps make more parental project built, more conscious. For me hand it convinced me that I did not want to use a completely anonymous donor. I recommend this book to people who think to use a donor, and those that are considering offering their gametes.
