What I like is that we can adjust the intensity of a prolonged push beam on / off button. You can have a powerful beam that illuminates much of where you are (a corridor, a room) to identify you or move. Or, you have a lower beam that allows searching in a cupboard, drawer: in short, that allows to look for something.
The lamp power is impressive. The manufacturer indicates 220m, and yes, it's true. Even if it's late night, I went out outside to escort guests. And at night, in the countryside, it is really black. Out of curiosity, I tested the light on the road. Yes, it shines far and really good, I will want to say as in the day (but this is not possible), in any case, she assured us good visibility for several tens of meters (150 meters up cornering at home, beyond, I do not know! But problablement much more). I was blown away.
By cons, what I like least is the presence of 3 C batteries (or LR14). So yes, they are supplied by the manufacturer with the lamp but they are batteries that are generally expensive to buy compared to AAA. However, they offer long life and I do not intend to serve me for hours about my flashlight. So I guess it will take me to change in a few years.
Ultimately, an LED flashlight that will offer you the power of 300 lumens (220 meter range) combined with a robust quality (Deutsche Qualität) for a lamp that will impress you and will adapt to your needs. Honestly, I really wonder how our old electric lamps might seem enlighten us. That advances in technology.
I take off 1 star for the weight.
