I put a lot of time to throw myself into the water to read this book, I was not sure what to expect, so I was not too keen to read it. But I finally decided and outcome, I read in a short day !!!! I think you will therefore understand, this is a real favorite. But a favorite, special, apart from others, simply because this book IS apart :-) Well excuse me, if I train a little in writing this review, but this book upset me tremendously touched and, therefore, transcribe everything I felt with mere words, may be difficult. First Anamorphic, is not only a bit-lit book among many others. I think like Sophie says in the preface Jomain of this book, it is almost a biography. Indeed, the universe and characters of Nathy, are so realistic and intense, we simply feel that they exist and I think that's what most amazed me, this impression whatever is true, it was quite an experience !!!! The Anamorphic universe, is neither entirely good nor all pink, very dark, very violent and realistic side of the book plus further exacerbates this very dark atmosphere. The violent scenes, whether for Dante Camille, are so well described, that sometimes I had really bad for them it was difficult to bear, yet important to the story and fascinating !!!! So yes, it is not a book to place in the hands of young girls, who think read something that looks like Twilight, but quite frankly, it is so strong and powerful that it deserves to be read and reread Apart from this talent so well describes his world, one of the highlights of Nathy for Anamorphic, it is the power of his characters !!!! First Dante, obliged, I like it too lol Already, I love that name, it's very vampire I think. Believe me, his debut in the book and in the world of vampires, was far from simple and painless ... His "birth" as a vampire and all that follows, are some of the most difficult times the book, you feel all the pain and the humiliation he must have felt, is poignant !!!! Inevitably, it normal that after all the bastard, cold and insensitive, that does care about anyone. Finally it was before I met Camille ;-) Camille precisely, let's talk. Early in the book, it is erased, both psychologically and physically, she hides under her clothing and also other, it is very enclosed. As in the book, one understands that the image of Dante, it is not immune from evil, both in its past and in the "present" Besides, some scenes concerning him are there too, very difficult to read, I have cried ... But Camille is also very strong, very intelligent and courageous !!! Then there are all the secondary characters. First and Cathal Morgan, best friends Dante, Morgan is more measured in his actions and words that Cathal, which is very warrior, very bloody and frankly scary lol Then there is William's colleague Camille, I l like it a lot, it helps Camille regain confidence in her and out of her shell, it's a great relationship !!! And finally, there Lucrezia, the worst bitches I've ever seen, it's just a psycho, it is cruel and sadistic, I hate her. Dante and Camille will rebuild together, overcome their past and their pains, they will learn to know themselves, to support, which was not a foregone lol It is immersed in a beautiful love story, Although not always rosy, but emotionally very powerful !!! All this, with the touch vampire nor too this or too little, but just enough to make it a bit-lit novel totally apart from all others !!!! I love the end, though, quite honestly, I will not be more hate ;-) In short, an absolutely beautiful book, which just upset me and that I recommend highly !!!!!
