The writing and the system of "cards" is very clear, and allows different modes of reading or as a normal book or pick up the information in the section of interest.
We feel a real work on the part of the author; over several years to bed at writing (and French!) as much knowledge .... The reference books on the subject being mainly English and Americans.
A pleasure to read; a big discovery for anyone wishing to know and develop its own operation to violence.
My opinion: an excellent book to recommend to all self defense enthusiasts, curious as confirmed.
