It is a story that really bouncing keeps us in suspense from beginning to end as the action leaves us no respite, the whole thing takes place on a week full of adventures of all kinds. From the start we follow Pia half-human, half-wyr coming to steal an item of treasure jealously guarded by the dragon Lord, on behalf of her ex-boyfriend who betrayed her thinking face the virulence of its bookmaker . Furious Dragos makes every effort to find his thief, aided by his most competent sentinel composed of griffins, gargoyles and Harpye. This is a profusion of all secondary characters as charismatic as each other that will delight us throughout this adventure, bringing us water to water your mouth for the following volumes.
Dragos is an endearing character even if one still feels the Beast on edge, ready to lash especially when robber met his already intrigued but then bluntly subjugates! She irresistibly attracts and amuses him out of the boredom of passing time, it represents a puzzle being a key piece of his treasure to supplant when desire them explode. The gratification leads them to a more than carnal fusion and Dragos will put a lot of heart to please Him without changing what he is used to being obeyed him jealous ignorant of human emotions, will show a lot of delicacy adapting to the modern woman which we discover the true nature until very late.
Pia has not seen his father enough to remember and his mother always overprotected by its exceptional nature, preferring to hide amid humans and providing several identities and ways of quick escape in case of danger. At his death the young woman followed all his advice except when she made the mistake of wanting to be loved. She told her boyfriend Keith one of his exceptional talent, no lock can resist him, nothing can hold her prisoner and he used it on his behalf by a magic spell. Fleeing Dragos it falls in its claws but he saves his life several times and says his. She is attracted by the safe side he offers but has trouble trusting him. It seeks its place what it is, and discovers friendship with the Fairy Tricks heroine of the next volume and Grayson griffon, love and complicity with Dragos which will enable him to transcend and action and his way of her living creature and humorous with a nice character.
The plot is very rich in context but simple in its development. Dragos has an enemy, Lonelle Urien, who usurped the throne by killing black Faes Tricks of the parents, but Urien is also the sponsor of the flight at Dragos and intends to use the talents Pia for his dark intentions. The life of the woman is in danger like that of Dragos.
For once we have a dragon hero, I would have appreciated to know much more about Dragos, although the mythology that the author gives him and the little information that it gives us seem sufficient, at least they do illusion, like the rest of the way! We read all in one yet certain passages made me cringe as I deplore a translation for the least risky that breaks the rhythm regularly as nonsense made me wince. Yet I must say that I liked this book!
