Originally, I was, for security reasons, only looking for a good Reboarder for my 14 months old son. So far we had the baby seat in use. My absolute favorite would have been here the Sirona by Cybex. However, my 100% choice of the seat failed on price in relation to the duration of use. In general, I am willing to invest more for the safety of my child, but 410 for only about 2 years really cost intensive compared to other child seat solutions. Away from Reboarder, towards the forward seat, came to me as only a seat option with impact cushion / safety cushion into consideration the still very delicate cervical spine the best possible way to preserve during heavy braking. We now use the Cybex Pallas 2-fix for several months and I have an absolutely safe feeling, to transport my child in this seat. The variant with Isofix still brings additional stability with pure. In the beginning it is always extraordinary, to secure his child with the impact shield, since one has the impression that it would be oppressive for the child. But in fact between child and catch body still enough air. With thick winter jackets / snowsuits however, it is actually very scarce. I make for short distances, the jacket still on, then there is no problem. For long distances, I take off the jacket. Even my child has from the outset felt comfortable in the seat and can also fine to sleep in (in the seat, but even better in Lieg position or inclined position). The best for him is the eye level through the later removable base. He may prima look out the window and watch. As everybody knows, there is no advantage without disadvantage, the child's seat belts for some smaller people (1.65 m) is actually to manage with little physical exertion. I must bow to me in any case greatly over the seat to fix the belt. Nevertheless, for me to handle this much easier than with the previously used carrying tray. A plus point I forgive also for washable cover. All in all, the seat with its features and size adjustments of backrest and headrest very good and easy to use (even the Isofixeinbau is a breeze). Before deciding on this seat you should see in any case on the manufacturer's site, if this is compatible with the type of vehicle used (because of the required belt length).
