A simple and robust stereo receiver from Sony ...

The device was high quality and clean. The receiving and storing of FM and AM radio stations (via cable) is functioning properly and without any problems. And if you do not forget to store the transmitter correctly, then "forgets" the unit where appropriate, the storage of the individual broadcasters, even after a power failure or any other separation of the device by the network.
The Sony STRDH130.CEL has on its rear connections for two speakers (left and right) and at the front a port for standard stereo headphones.
The playback quality of the connected external speakers, of course always depends crucially also on their qualitative nature. Which of course applies equally well for headphones.
I high-quality boxes as headphone use in my case, I can describe the sound in both cases, to be entirely adequate and balanced. Although this device has no connections for Dolby Surround and can not implement even those signals. But the normal reproduction of treble and bass is done in terms of my excellent and appealing audio quality without distortion or other interference.
I have the Audio / Video Control Center STR-DE315 as now used up to an irreparable defect far more than 15 years with Dolby Surround for the same purposes the STRDH130.CEL. Therefore, I have of course already asked me prior to commercial assistance, whether this Stereo Receiver sufficient for my needs and claims. And for me as a complete surprise, the differences were about the here to be evaluated device not so great. At the high-quality listening experience for me has therefore not changed in principle. I since November 29, 2012 use the STRDH130.CEL now so for about half a year, and logically it has here and there a little less power than its predecessor. But I'm just now also of the opportunities that offers me this stereo receiver for my purposes, fully convinced and therefore very pleased with this unit.
It comes with a remote control is included, which I myself but rarely or never need and use.

From my perspective, this article from Sony is a quality product, in which the ratio between the price and the necessary power in any case true.
