No replacement therapy for severe depression but supportive therapy in any case.
In melancholy moods but this CD is certainly building a healing effect.

After the guided meditation you can hear beautiful music that always conjures me a smile on the lips. There is no day that I have not heard of my dark days, and it is sure to be a big part of responsible for my recovery.

Also other people around me who complained of depressed mood, I recommend this CD and it was actually pleasantly surprised by the effect of each of these CD. I hear them still once a week to fall asleep and wake up the next morning very fresh and cheerful on, thank Arnd !!
