A very good compromise 1

The cable is sheathed with a metal reinforcement, itself protected by a soft black plastic envelope. This gives it sufficient rigidity to help maintain it upright phone. I use indeed a Galaxy Note 3 with a keyboard with an integrated battery. This allows me to use the advantages of the keyboard (fast and accurate typing) while charging the device.
The 20cm cable might have been better and a little more compact.
Consider the fact that the rigidity of the cable is sufficient to hold the device in landscape mode. The USB port does not seem to suffer. The integration of a small clamp to hold the bottom of the phone would probably guarantee greater solidarity with the telephone cable. Finally, I regret that a USB 3.0 version is not available (recharge much faster).
Given the versatility of GN3, it is possible to virtually all common tasks of a laptop. The difference with the keyboard and the phone, autonomy is more than two full days of use for a total weight of less than 600gr.
