A very good GPS 2

I bought this GPS to reconditioned offers and I have to say that the material is in perfect condition. The offer matched the description. But the box was missing the record. What could have been annoying, but no! After the update maps and other services for 1 year, the handling is quite simple. I spent some time exploring the parameters, the various menu settings and that was it! The commands are much the same as in previous versions, although they have added some gadgets like:

- Connect your smartphone
- The voice control
- LIVE services (traffic information, weather ...)

But the thing that I like is being able to fix my TOMTOM my windshield where on my dashboard. Because they had the foresight to set accelerometer in the beast! So the image is always in a good way!

We can make a number of choices to customize the display of his TOMTOM as:

- Change the color of the card
- Customize the icon that represents his car
- Change the sound alerts
- Choose the voice guidance
- Opt for a QWERTY or other keyboard
- Select the keyboard for left
- Change the wallpaper of opening and closing
- Possibility to create shortcuts for some commands
- Designate the commands you want to see appear at the start of TOMTOM

The start-up of the unit is fast (compared to my old NAVIGON 70 more its just day and night). He even picks up the signal in my apartment! This GPS is fluid no downtime between the various actions of the menu, just maybe a little slow at the first connection to the LIVE service.

For updates, you just download the TOMTOM software on his computer. You can choose to be informed in real time of those available to you. When one of them comes online, the program will notify you. Next, he will do more than you log in by entering your username and connect your GPS to your computer. Nothing is easier! I dye still to clarify that the download may take a little time.

I tested the device over the weekend, there is nothing to say when you exceed this limit you inform. When there is a downturn, accident, work it warns you. If you ever make a mistake on the specified path, it immediately recalculates a new route to get you to your destination. Changes channels are shown in a clear and precise way thanks to advanced guidance (a good thing). The display is also very clear, it is impossible to go wrong. Not to mention that the device adapts to the speed at which you drive, so no problem to hear instructions! And in terms of the binding, it is integrated into the device, easy to use, turn the screw and it is set!

For me this device is perfect. No more hassles because we missed "exit" on the ring.
