A very pure, excellent oil

The oil has the typical slightly spicy black cumin flavor. It makes after opening a very fresh impression of excellent quality. I take every day one teaspoonful. It can be both internally and externally using (cosmetically). Once opened, the oil should be kept refrigerated and are soon consumed. For external applications, it does not need umbedingt this quality.

Comparing the oil with the black seed oil tablets commercially available, then the pure oil is not only more effective, but ultimately cheaper and preferable to it.
