In my opinion, this is a wonderful collection of Johann Sebastian Bach's (divine) music. It contains in a (somewhat unstable) cardboard sleeve 5 single packs containing one CD.
The first two CDs contain the complete "Brandenburg Concertos", which are among the most famous works of Bach.
The next CD contains selected organ works of Bach, including of course the legendary "Toccata" is one (and "Groove").
The fourth CD offers several virtuoso violin concertos by Bach, among which is the famous piece in A minor.
The grand finale provides a the last CD that has the same to offer several overtures and orchestral works, as well as three bonus tracks.
The equipment is usually kept very simple as in "Naxos", but for sure the sound recording quality, and the very well interpreted music. Only the "Menuet", which is played before the "Badinerie", I felt played a bit too quickly.
The pieces (in this box) provide a good insight into Bach's gigantic creation, and are a perfect introduction to the world of Baroque music. The price is absolutely fair, because here you get long hours for little money Bach.
Although this issue is old, and I can come the recordings from the 80s and 90s this collection 100% Recommend!
