A worthy successor - highly recommended!

After my TechniSat Digital MF 4-K could no longer be switched off due to a defect, I first tried the "donated" Receiver of Cable Germany, the Thomson DCI 1500G. The image quality has me but compared to TechniSat more than disappointed, so my choice was the successor to the solid Humax PR Fox C: the model MK II.

Picture: The picture is really sharp and the absolute trump the company Humax. Weak signals are calculated with confidence.

Sound: The quality of the sound has really won me over. The stereo system or the sound system can be connected via RCA or via an optical digital cable. Unfortunately, the MK II no electrical digital output (coaxial) as its aforementioned rivals.

Operation: The remote is clearly laid out, is characterized by its simple silver design and makes a stable impression. The menu system of the receiver is straightforward; The initial installation is intuitively without reading the manual of equip. The exchange programs will take about 2-3 seconds. For this you will be rewarded with a beautiful inserted OSD display. Switching to radio programs goes smoothly.

It is important to note that the receiver, as can be seen in the picture, and how, no display has already its predecessor model. This, however, I feel not as disturbing as the programs can be viewed via the TV.

The receiver is used for the program of cable Germany, so I can only make any statements to Premiere or arena with me. However, since the device has a Nagravision decoding, these programs are available according to the product description.
