After such a type of abdominal workout I've been looking for and finally found. I was there to make leit up to 200 sit-ups a day. With this type of abdominal training is much easy to anzutrainiern abdominal muscle.
Mainly I used the belt while watching TV, because I find that there are in the most comfortable, but (in my opinion) is the most effective.
If one uses the other hand, the belt in the stand, you always have to work in order to achieve a just Positon. (Annoying)
But all in all I am very satisfied with the device and it would all recommend it.
