Some time ago I came across the 47LA7909 of LG. He pleased me incredibly well, the data have been read beautifully, only the price is still high ...
So far, I amused myself for four years with a 32 "TV, which also comes from the house of LG. The distance between bed and TV is about 2.60 m and 80 cm screen diagonal was a little small. After I last my parents Year the LG LM640s had recommended, I wanted to set the LA6608 in 47 "to me. Once I thought of visits to electronics stores to compare (to consumer electronics) nothing, because too many factors could affect the senses, I decided to research exactly me before buying on the Internet. Hours I spent to compare reviews on different TV to study customer opinions and to browse forums. I wanted to invest my money well, if necessary, in another brand, but then was totally confused. The opinions are divided, the reviews sometimes incomprehensible and the thing with the Clouding and the poor illumination of which I have read over and over again did not make it better.
I've always been very happy with my LG device, the TV of my parents has an excellent image, actually, you can not do anything with the LA6608 but wrong, I thought.
I can not imagine that the image quality of the LA7909 is better and would have been worth the extra cost me. Decisive for the purchase of a TV the 7 Series from LG was simple: the optics!
IMAGE QUALITY
The four days delivery time plagued me my conscience, I was actually been so stupid to have a television ordered for the housing ....
When the TV was finally assembled in my living room on the wall bracket, connect the cables and I turned on the TV I was deeply impressed. The device is processed excellently and looks excellent from, very classy.
Unfortunately the TV confirmed initially the cliché Outside Hui, inside pfuii ". The picture that presented itself to me was absolutely horrible. Settings which I had taken from the Internet brought, in any way improvement. For comparison, I borrowed the HD receiver to my parents out, put the small 32LH addition to the new "and put the antenna cables crisscrossing the apartment. The screen is highly reflective, does not bother me personally but, light, seat position and placement of the device are found to be gracious.
SOUND
After the image was finally to my satisfaction, I could devote myself to the sound. This is due to very good for construction. The Hobbit z. B. sounds excellent, not distorted, listen here makes fun. The part of me sample music (Dani California (RHCP), I see Fire (Ed Sheeran), Like A G6 (Dev), Do you know how many stars are there (Oomph!) Bitch (Centron), ...) is absolutely clean reproduced at high volumes. But for films I use usually two large floor-standing speakers, of course, the sound of a television does not come close to a full-blown system. But anyone who has been used no external speaker is but can look forward to a clean, relatively strong and beautiful sound.
OPERATION & HOMESCREEN
The operation with the Magic Remote is simple and smart features can be managed super. By pressing a button, the buttons are backlit, very convenient in the dark! Third-party devices can be controlled conditionally on the Magic Remote, as long as you set it. Incidentally, the remote control of 32LHs works perfectly on the new TV.
The homescreen is extensive and I have found myself here quickly master, the same applies to the options and settings. In direct comparison with the LM620s the LA7909 more responsive. The faster processor makes you noticeable through shorter loading times and smoother operation of the home screens.
NOTES & COMMENTS
Unfortunately I found the width of the stand no information. For my hifi furniture he would have been too wide with 65 cm for example.
I happen to have in my research about the perfect TV that LG gathered information about the behavior of the audience gathers. This can be prevented in Settings / Options / viewer data gathering. If disabled, I personally feel the TV would react even faster, here I can also mislead.
I have often read by strong Clouding, ghosting or extremely uneven illumination of LG flat-screen TVs. None of the three TVs in my review has great problems with it. But that's just my personal impression and is probably due to the processing of each device.
