After our last glass lid has passed away after 15 years, had to be a new pan with lid. Due to the numerous good reviews we decided to try this model from Fissler. The fact that the coating of Teflon pans keeps usually only 2-4 years depending on use and care is known and is not a problem - for really hot fry (steak) still has to serve the good old stainless steel pan. But back to Berndes: For me not obvious reasons the pan adjourned the slight movement on the hob not - even after the first use of (finely fluted) floor was bruised, and the silver wear was firmly on the hob. Fortunately, he could be removed with a glass scraper and ceramic hob cleaner again, but the pan hinterlies so a bad impression and returned promptly. Perhaps only a single fate (Monday pan?) But now we will look around again after a pan with smooth base.
