Most, however, I have been annoyed about the reversal of the refund. Having heard nothing for nearly two months by the company, I have only upon specific request, when I could expect a refund because, receive an e-mail in which you informed me that the amount had already been refunded. A quick call to Amazon revealed that the purchase price has been paid only simultaneously with the E-mail to me, almost a full two months after returning the goods. Had I thus not reported me, I'd probably still waiting for my money. A bottomless impudence and a very questionable corporate strategy to deal with customers so!
